Omni National Bank 15 Month CD
Omni National Bank is offering some great CD rates (Certificate of Deposits) on odd term lengths and short term lengths for investing. Short term investing in Bank CD’s is a great option right now with the downturn after 2008. Currently they have a 15 month Bank CD rate special at 3.40% and a 10 month cd rate at 3.25%.
While they may be lower than the past few months, they are pretty competitive for what you will find in comparison with other banks. If you are willing to get locked in a little longer, then you could even go with a 27 month CD rate at 3.60% if you live in Florida or Georgia. While CD rates for those in Texas and Illinois for this term would be slightly lower at 3.55%.
To qualify for these rates you will need a minimum deposit of $5,000. This deal is applicable in both IRA and regular CD’s.
